Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 47130 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 47130 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The 47130 platform is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are Malaysian citizens or residents eligible under Malaysian law. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 47130 platform. Owning more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance in accordance with the applicable policy.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential at all times.
- Ensuring that no other party has access to your account.
- Notify 47130 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Update your account information whenever your personal details change.
47130 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
As a 47130 platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using this platform. You also agree that you will not:
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Attempting to access another user's account or circumvent the platform's security systems.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or any malicious code through the platform.
- Abusing promotions or offers in a manner that goes against the intended purpose of those offers.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.
- Using automated methods, bots, or third-party software to interfere with platform operations.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension of your account and legal action where appropriate.
Payment Information and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 47130 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports a range of commonly used local payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX and DuitNow.
Deposit
Deposits to your account are processed automatically upon confirmation from the payment service provider. 47130 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party banking systems. Deposits that have been credited to your account cannot be reversed.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed once all identity verification requirements have been met. 47130 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a user's identity before processing any withdrawal. The standard processing time is between 24 and 48 business hours. 47130 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected.
Transaction Disputes
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 47130 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for processing.
Account Suspension and Closure
47130 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated any applicable law.
In the event of account suspension or closure due to a breach of terms, 47130 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in that account at our discretion upon completion of the investigation. Users whose accounts are closed on grounds of fraud are not entitled to a refund.
Users may also close their own account by contacting the 47130 support team. Any remaining balance will be returned once all verification and review requirements have been fulfilled, subject to the applicable withdrawal policy.
Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the 47130 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code, is the exclusive property of 47130. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from 47130.
Limitation of Liability
The 47130 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 47130 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or financial losses occurring beyond our reasonable control.
Third-Party Links
The 47130 platform may contain links to third-party websites. 47130 has no control over the content or policies of those websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from their use.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
47130 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified via the platform of any material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising will be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
